Wooden Prefab Housing (Low-Rise Structures)—Processes Up to Completion

1. Factory Production

Panels such as walls and floors as well as members such as columns and beams are produced, preservative and anti-termite treatment is applied to panels and members used outdoors and in wet areas, panels used in the perimeter of the structure have insulation material embedded, and last, inspections are performed and the items are added to stock.

2. On-Site Construction

Construction proceeds as the main structural components including columns, beams, and wooden panels produced in the factory are accurately assembled and subjected to a control system using rigorous checks.

3. Completion

The components produced under attentive quality controls at the factory as assembled on-site. A comprehensive construction system can greatly reduce the construction period for the completion of rational housing with little variation and long-lasting durability.
