Unit Prefab Housing (Low-Rise Structures)—Processes Up to Completion

1. Factory Production

From materials receiving to unit completion, comprehensive quality control is performed during factory installation of floors, walls, and ceilings as well as components for the kitchen, bathrooms, and so on, and other interior fixtures, and the unit is transported to the building site by special-purpose truck.

2. On-Site Construction

The proportion of factory production is high and on-site work procedures are standardized, which means that other than the foundation, assembly up to weatherproofing can be completed in one day. This minimizes impact on the surrounding area and on-site waste, making unit prefab housing an environmentally-friendly construction method.

3. Completion

Unit prefab housing employs a Rahmen (rigid-frame) structure to achieve high earthquake resistance and features high heat and sound insulating properties as a result of the reliable installation of insulation materials on a factory line.
In addition, there are many variations of box-type combinations, allowing for simple yet timeless designs and free spatial design, meeting a variety of needs.
