Iron and Steel Prefab Housing (Low-Rise Structures)—Processes Up to Completion

1. Factory Production

Iron and steel prefab housing uses lightweight steel for the main structural members. The components are cut, holes are drilled, and rust-proofing treatment is carefully applied on a steel material processing line at a factory.

2 .On-Site Construction

Prefab housing uses lightweight shaped steel for columns, beams, girders, and so on. A framework method where wall and floor panels are attached and a panel method where exterior wall panels provide structural strength can be used.

3 .Completion

The interior and exterior finishing is performed and equipment and fixtures are attached to complete the iron and steel prefab housing, which has excellent heat insulating, sound insulating, earthquake resistance, and other properties.
