Concrete Prefab Housing (Low-Rise Structures)—Processes Up to Completion

1. Factory Production

In the case of concrete prefab housing, precast concrete panels are produced in a factory.
Formwork installed in advance is reinforced, parts for wiring and pipes are embedded, and if they pass inspection, after pouring the concrete and performing steam curing, the panels are placed in stock.

2. On-Site Construction

After the on-site foundation construction is completed, the concrete panels delivered to the site are assembled into the floors, walls, and ceilings, and all points including joints are carefully inspected.

3. Completion

After the panels are assembled, waterproofing is applied to the roof and interior and exterior finishing is performed to complete the structure. Because of the characteristics of concrete material, concrete prefab housing has outstanding durability, fire resistance, earthquake resistance, and livability.
